Shipping and Returns

Shipping

** Due to current demand please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery on all orders **

Our standard shipping charge for orders is $35.

Orders will be processed on the same day or on the next business day if the order is placed outside of our standard office hours. Manufacturing of your seat covers can then begin. Please allow up to two weeks for the manufacturing process.

All items are then shipped using Australia Post Express Service (Perth Metro orders will be shipped using express courier). Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days*.
* this timeline is a guideline only and is from when the covers are sent.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number.

Returns and Refunds

If you order an incorrect set of seat covers for your vehicle, depending on the make, model, year and series, we may be able to exchange them. However, this is assessed on a case by case basis. Please email us at info@gotyacovered.com.au or call 08 9361 7649.

To be eligible for a return, your seat covers must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. A restocking fee may be charged, this is assessed on a case by case basis.

We recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning items.

Shipping costs associated with returns are at the customer’s expense. 

Please note we are unable to provide refunds for any orders with custom embroidery. 

We do not accept refund requests for Change of Mind purchases.

However, if there is a mistake made by Gotya Covered Seat Covers, we will rectify this straight away and cover return shipping charges.

Please note that if your product is eligible for a refund (see above), you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the seat covers returned, less the original shipping costs and less any fees incurred returning the covers back to us. 

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. If you paid for your transaction via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal. Please allow up to 14 days for your return and refund to be processed. See below details for orders paid for using Afterpay of Zip Pay.

Afterpay and Zip Pay Refunds

For any refunds issued where the order has been paid for using Afterpay or Zip Pay, Gotya Covered are unable to refund the full amount of the order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the fees that we are charged by Afterpay and Zip Pay. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Aferpay fees are 6% of the order amount and Zip Pay are 5%.

Warranty

Gotya Covered Seat Covers come with a 24 month warranty against any stitching or manufacturing defects.

Covers that are fitted to fleet vehicles and mine site vehicles come with a 12 month warranty.

Our fabric supplier offers a 2 year warranty on fabrics for failure of material under normal usage.
