Shipping and Returns


Our standard shipping charge for orders is $30.

Orders will be processed on the same day or on the next business day if the order is placed outside of our standard office hours. Manufacturing of your seat covers can then begin. Please allow up to one week for the manufacturing process.

All items are then shipped using Australia Post Express Service. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days*.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number. You can check the status of your order via https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search


If you order an incorrect set of seat covers for your vehicle, depending on the make, model, year and series, we may be able to exchange them. However, this is assessed on a case by case basis. Please email us at info@gotyacovered.com.au or call 08 9361 7649.

To be eligible for a return, your seat covers must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. 

If you send covers back to us, we recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning items.

Shipping costs associated with returns are at the customer’s expense. 

If there is a mistake made by Gotya Covered Seat Covers, we will rectify this straight away and cover return shipping charges.

Please note we are unable to provide refunds for any orders with custom embroidery.

Gotya Covered Seat Covers come with a 12 month warranty against any stitching or manufacturing defects.

Our fabric supplier offers a 2 year warranty on fabrics for failure of material under normal usage.
